Nourish to Flourish Course Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to the Nourish to Flourish course, provided by Caroline Abigail LLC. By purchasing and enrolling in this course, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Course Access

Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the Nourish to Flourish course content, which includes video lessons, worksheets, and other materials. Access to the course is non-transferable and is granted to the individual purchaser only.

3. Payment Terms

The course price is $53/month.

Failure to make payments on time may result in the loss of access to the course until payments are brought up to date.

All payments are processed through Kajabi's secure payment gateway, and no course content will be delivered until the first month’s payment has been successfully processed.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

The Nourish to Flourish course operates on a structured access and payment system as outlined below:

a. Initial 3-Month Commitment

The first three (3) months of enrollment are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

By enrolling, you agree to complete at least the first three months of the program and understand that no refunds or cancellations will be processed during this initial period.

b. Ongoing Access After 3 Months

After the initial three months, you may cancel your membership at any time.

If you choose to continue your membership, you will retain access to:

• The BodyKIND community,
• Two (2) live coaching calls per month, and
• Ongoing access to the full Nourish to Flourish curriculum.

c. Lifetime Access Option

If you decide to leave the community after the three-month commitment, you may choose to pay a one-time fee to retain access to the Nourish to Flourish curriculum.

If you do not select this option, your access to all course materials and community resources will end upon cancellation.

d. Risk-Free with Our Body-Trust Guarantee

If you complete the full 12-module program (attending or watching all calls and completing all worksheets) and feel no meaningful shift in your relationship with food or body within 3 months, you’ll get a full refund of your first 3 payments, and you will lose access to the curriculum, community, and bi-monthly calls.

If you choose to stay in the community after the initial 3 months, those payments are non-refundable as the value is ongoing. 

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email protected] at least 7 days before your next billing date to avoid future charges.

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials—including videos, images, workbooks, call recordings, and other resources—are the intellectual property of Caroline Abigail LLC.

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials for your individual educational purposes only.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content without prior written consent.

6. Course Expectations

Participants are expected to engage with the course materials and community in good faith.

While every effort is made to provide an exceptional experience, results vary depending on individual participation, application of the material, and personal circumstances.

You acknowledge that your success is your own responsibility and that Caroline Abigail LLC does not guarantee specific outcomes.

7. Limitation of Liability

By enrolling in the Nourish to Flourish course, you agree to release and hold harmless Caroline Abigail LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any liability for personal injury, damages, losses, or expenses arising from participation in the course.

Our total liability under any circumstance shall not exceed the total amount paid for the course.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We will never sell or share your personal data except as required by law or as necessary to deliver course services.
By participating in live calls, you consent to being recorded solely for educational purposes within the BodyKIND community.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to revoke access to the course if you:

• Violate these Terms,
• Engage in inappropriate or disruptive behaviour, or
• Fail to make required payments.

In such cases, no refund will be provided.

10. Disclaimers

Results May Vary: The Nourish to Flourish course is for educational purposes only and does not guarantee specific results.

Not Medical Advice: The course content is not intended to replace professional medical or psychological advice. 

11. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

12. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing and accessing the Nourish to Flourish course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access the course.

13. Sign-Up Confirmation

By checking the box, you confirm that you have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of the Nourish to Flourish course.
