Talks & workshops that change the way we think about food, bodies, and worth

Caroline Cohen brings personal storytelling, research-backed truth, and practical tools to conversations about diet culture, intuitive eating, anti-fat bias, and body liberation.

Her keynotes and workshops help audiences question what they’ve been taught about their bodies—and imagine what becomes possible when they stop treating themselves as a problem to solve.

Speaking Topics:

Hotter, Happier, Healthier—In a Body You Can Trust

What if feeling better in your body didn’t require more restriction, willpower, or self-improvement?

This talk challenges some of our most deeply held beliefs about weight, health, and happiness—and offers a more freeing way to care for ourselves while becoming magnetic.

Beyond the “Perfect Body”

A powerful conversation about body ideals, anti-fat bias, and the hidden ways appearance shapes confidence, belonging, and opportunity.

Participants learn to recognize the “thin is good, fat is bad” hierarchy and begin questioning the self-belittling assumptions they’ve been taught to accept as truth.

Food Freedom in a Culture Obsessed with Control

Why does eating feel so complicated—and why do attempts to control it often make things worse?

This talk introduces a different way to relate to hunger, cravings, and food: one rooted in trust instead of rules.

Talks can be adapted for keynotes, workshops, panels, retreats, schools, organizations, and community groups.

Audiences Walk Away With:

  • A way to work with their bodies instead of fighting them
  • Tools to quiet food and body noise so they can get back to living
  • Research-backed truths most wellness advice leaves out
  • A path to being hotter, happier, and healthier with ease, not effort
